Leading from the lobby to the left side of the gallery there is the generator room with an imported 19.5 KVA backup generator which can easily provide the whole house with enough electricity.

The servant�s quarters are separate and have a secondary kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Here there is a bedroom and local style bathroom and kitchen/living area for the staff

There is a garage for one car but the car is not included.
